Thrice-Grammy-award winning country music song writer and singer Brad Paisley and actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley (several times nominated for her role in Father of the Bride) have recently set a price tag of $2.995 million for their luxury mansion in Pacific Palisades.
Built in 1925, the house was bought by the couple in 2004 and has been renovated so that it now has a fresh and appealing look. The 3,394 square foot home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms and includes a living-room spread over two stories and boasts wood beamed ceilings, stained-glass windows and a fireplace. In the master bedroom there is a bathtub and a separate shower and a fireplace. The very large gourmet kitchen has stainless steel double oven with double stove top flanked by white wood cupboards and cabinets and a breakfast area leading to a dining room with red painted walls which are in perfect contrast with the white upholstered chairs.
The house has a detached garage and a bonus room and the patio at the back of the house is rather homely. Maybe the new owner will put some more effort and money into it as it would be a shame not to make the outdoor area as attractive as the indoor space.
