Susan Weber Soros paid $22.5M for East 70th Street mansion

Susan Weber Soros, the founder of the Bard College Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, design, and Culture, ex-wife of billionaire and philanthropist George Soros, bought a five-story townhouse in October 2012, just weeks after she listed her upscale 6,000-square-foot 10-room apartment (five-bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms) at the Majestic with a jaw-dropping $50 million price tag.
