TV and film star, actor and comedian Danny McBride, 36, has recently listed his Los Angeles loft apartment to be rented out for $8,500 per month. According to property records, the Eastbound & Down actor acquired the luxury crib 5 years ago for $1.4 million and his decision to rent it out is reportedly related to a recent acquisition, a remote retreat, for which he paid $2.3 million in October.
Situated in the Broadway Hollywood high rise, the swank pad overlooks Hollywood and Vine and its glass walls give it a modern look. Sprawled over 2,150 square feet, it features a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and a master loft appointed with a ‘marble deco bath’ and a walk-in closet. There is also a private patio with fireplace which gives the place a cozy feel.
