Matt Damon’s latest purchase : a 15 million-dollar worth L.A. manse

Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso, together with their daughters, spent the last couple of years between their Manhattan apartment and their waterfront mansion in Miami Beach. In May of 2012 Damon set his eye on a West coast mansion and at the start of the fall he paid $15 million for ‘the best home in the Pacific Palisades, L.A. – a 13,000 square foot, three-level luxury house, a blend of California modernism and traditional Spanish Colonial style.

a spa pavilion, a large indoor gym, six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a family room, a media room, a kitchen, an office and even staff quarters. A large patio overlooks a large courtyard and garden with gorgeous lush landscaping, which also has a swimming pool and a koi pond. The more than a half-acre estate also includes a basketball court and a five-car garage.

Here Matt Damon is in good company – his friend Ben Affleck lives on the same street and in the posh neighborhood also dwell Hollywood celebs Hilary Swank, Ray Liotta and Kate Hudson.
