Oprah’s Streeterville (Chicago) co-op – a bargain for the buyer

In July 2012 media mogul and queen of ‘rapport talk’ shows Oprah sold her Streeterville condo at half the price she paid for it in 2006 ($5.6 million) – such a bargain for a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath  co-op and a number of external rooms. Oprah never lived in the condo, probably because of lack of privacy, and spends her time in the city two blocks away at her massive duplex condo in Water Tower Place.
