Brian Grazer, celeb producer whose film and TV shows have been nominated for 43 Academy Awards and 131 Emmys, and who won an Oscar for A Beautiful Mind, was ranked among the “100 Most Influential People in the World” by Time’s Magazine in 2007. Starting the same year, he listed his Malibu luxury residence and it was off and on the market until recently, when he sold it for $17 million.
Unmatched in the star-studded enclave of Malibu Colony, the residence features two third floor tower. The width of the side facing the street is 600 feet with 8-car parking space, which is not very common in the neighbourhood. The beach side of the house boasts ample entertaining space. In 2003 the noted producer paid $13.5 million for it and ten years later he raised the price tag by $5 million, as the house had undergone definite refurning and refreshment.
