Villa Léopolda is one of the most controversial house in the world.Is it the most expensive home in the world or is it the most expensive home in France?Villa Leopolda is such a big house,it’s huge:)It is located in France,in Villefranche-sur-Mer town on the French Riviera.More accurate,it’s built on the coast of France’s Côte d’Azur.The estate was sold in 2008 for $750 million,after being on the market for some time.I think I can call her the playground for the rich and famous people.This luxury villa is named after the one who built it,King Leopold II of Belgium.In 2008 it was purchased by the russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov.The luxury home Leopolda reminds of the style of the Belle Epoque and it’s registered as a French monument historique.It is a sumptuous and incredible house.

The house was listed for $15,9 million.“Jewel of Kahana” is a luxury home in the Hawaiian Islands with amazing views and with an amazing structure.It is a story house.The entry is actually quite simple,surrounded by trees.Every room in the house has a sliding door with acces on a terrace.Maui has been named as ‘The Magic Isle’.The house is great,modern,has glass walls(which I love),the colors are warm and I like very much the swimming-pool.The landscapes bring a plus of this wonderful house.The owner of this luxury home is a lucky man:).

Located in San Francisco,this luxury home is listed at $19,500,000.If fully deserve all this money,I will leave you to decide.Because the opinions are divided.But we all agree that the views deserve all the money,right?The luxury home is built in the Italian style,including little Venetian details,like the plaster,the beautiful stone and the wood finishes.The house comes with pier,a floating dock and a boat lift.This house has everything you want.Large rooms,a great terrace with fireplace and barbecue,the master is stunning,with great views of the bay,gym room and everything in this luxury home looks great.But in the same time,I don’t know what to say…yeah,it’s great,but let’s face it.It seems a little old style:)The chairs,the tables,the colors of the furniture,I don’t like it.But this it’s just my opinion.
