The huge chef’s kitchen appointed with state of the art appliances can be used for the preparation of grand-scale parties as well as more private gatherings. The compound also includes two separate guest houses, an outdoor fireplace, a pavilion/ tea house sitting beside a waterfront pond and a dock overlooking the water while the swimming pool lies in the shade of lush trees. Other exterior features that might be luring the prospective buyer are the sprawling grounds with their manicured lawns and blooming gardens.

The “An Officer and a gentleman” star is asking too much for a beautiful but otherwise quite ordinary abode, according to CURBED. He purchased much of the estate in 2005 for $7 million and two years later he added an adjoining lot for $1.675 million, so one might be wondering what made him have such a skyrocketing price tag.
