Rapper, song writer and music producer Timbaland is selling his Miami Beach condo for $5.5 million situated on the 24 th floor of a 27-story high rise in the exclusive complex of Murano Grande in Miami Beach, which is actually one structure consisting of 3 interconnected towers that were built a decade ago.
Timbaland purchased the condo 7 years ago for 2.5 million under his real name, Timothy Zachery Mosley, and he completed another $2 million worth of revisions even though he has never actually lived in it. The renovations were done with high end local developer Shlomy Alexander who is famous for selling his residence in Miami Beach for a whopping $47 million in 2012. Being aware of the high demand for spacious condos, he decided to sell it and just jumped at the chance. The 3,979-square-foot luxury condominium encompasses 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and highlights include Portuguese limestone columns and flooring throughout, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning city views. The complex boasts a full exercise room, spa, and private elevator access. Two years ago Timbaland saved this condo from going into foreclosure as the state had billed it for more than $27,000 in condo assessments, which the ….. attributed to a clerical error.
