Overlooking the Indian Ocean, this extravagant property with tropical gardens is situated in a little village 35 km north of Mombasa, the second largest city in Kenya, on a 4.5-acre land with lush vegetation. Recently completed, the luxury villa is one of the most spectacular in the area. It has 6 double bedrooms, two of which face the ocean, another two face the ocean while the other two are adjacent to the master bedroom. No more than 12 guests can be accommodated in the building with world-class ‘wet rooms’ and private master suite.

The master bedroom boasts spa-like courtyard whilst the ensuite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi looks over the small swimming pool; the library is a private space leading into a small courtyard whereas the living room with bar offers expansive seating room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the ample dining room with tongue and groove soaring ceilings contains charming local artwork. There is also a small a small breakfast outdoor area with a fountain where the guests will enjoy the Ocean’s cooling breeze.

Having oyster pink exterior walls and white roof, this colonial villa resembles a sugar plantation colonial home, with shady veranda which keep off the noon heat. There are two pools on the estate: a small-sized swimming pool with private pavilion and an infinity swimming pool 23-meter wide which can be accessed from the living area and the master ensuite. The lawn gives directly onto the beach, a small promontory and a coconut thatched roof banda for beach dining.
