The residence consists of two separate structures and another one, the casita, which is actually a studio featuring a queen bed and a full bath, all of which are linked by Mexican-inspired tiles and intertwining decks providing sweeping views of the Caribbean. The main building includes a stainless-steel and granite-counter kitchen, two full baths and an outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor dining area, a sizeable living room, a media room with queen sleep sofa and a master room with a view. The second structure features two ensuite bedrooms and a fully fitted studio apartment below, with private access. All the rooms are equipped with high-end air conditioning except for the main house, which enjoys the island breeze, besides the ceiling fans.
