Crocodile spotted using a pool noodle to swim across a canal in Florida

This crocodile thought he’s gonna need some extra help while crossing a canal in Key Largo, Florida. So he used a yellow pool noodle.

The massive creature was captured on camera as he is using a pool noodle while swimming across near mile marker 105 of the Overseas Highway, a 113-mile road that runs through the Florida Keys, the Fox News reports

“I saw the croc off my balcony swimming up the canal,” local Victor Perez told Fox News. “My first thought was, ‘What happened to the person that was on the noodle?’

“It was just cruising along, and I was like, ‘OK, where’s the swimmer?”

However, when Perez took a better look , he soon realized there’s a crocodile on the pool noodle. Thinking no one would believe him, the man took his phone and captured some pictures of the surprising sight.

” I don’t know how he got that thing, but he looked like just any typical Florida tourist!” Perez said. “We see crocs from time to time in our canal but never ever one on a noodle,” the man told FOX 13. “He could have been from up north on vacation just chilling.”

According to the National Park Service, South Florida is the only place in the United States where live both American alligators and American crocodiles.
