Giovanni Ribisi, 38-year-old American actor who starred in a great many movies including Ted, Saving Private Ryan, Boiler Room, The Gift, Heaven, and block-buster Avatar, bought a luxury home next to Jolie-Pitt pair in the fall of 2012, just because “it’s BrAngelina adjacent”, which might mean the place is bound to be swarming with paparazzi when Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt spend their time at the Oaks compound. Quite honest of Ribisi to admit not minding the press prowling around, considering their neighbours’ craving for privacy!
Ribisi reportedly paid somewhere between $2.5 million and $2.95 million for this Paul Williams inspired traditional house located on Valley oak Drive in L.A, California. The luxury mansion with bay windows built in 1939, and covering 3,756 sq ft sits on 0.42 acres of land and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a lush paneled library, a private dining-room, a gourmet kitchen and separate maid’s quarters. Facilities also include a foyer, a spa and a lagoon-style pool with cascading waterfall.
Just in case he decides he needs to keep the press at bay when the Joie-Pitts are there, Ribisi can take a trip to his Atwater Village home he just bought a couple of months before the Oaks digs.
