This Estate which provides breathtaking ocean views is located about one hour away from Juan Santamaría International Airport, and about 15 minutes to Puntarenas beaches. Its six buildings offer 10 bedrooms, an outdoor dining rancho, a pool bar, a spa tower, and two guest houses.
The two large verandas of the Main House overlook the Gulf of Nicoya, the mountains, and the ocean. The various architectural units were created by using Costa Rican hardwoods and artisans. The sumptuous interiors of the main house impress the visitor with cathedral windows, arched doorways, solid hand-carved Cristobal wood throughout the living areas, a modern professional kitchen, and a marble walkway leading to the bar, library, and billiards room.
The right wing of the house consists of a large formal dining room, a master suite and two bedrooms. The left wing of the house has another large suite, two private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a game room and a media room. The spacious Grand Salon connects the two wings of the building. The guest house includes guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, a quite impressive living area, and a kitchenette. There is also a second guest house which can accommodate six more people.
The swimming pool and its bar seem to be the main attractions of daytime activities. The tower is a unique 3 story building, apparently devoted to pleasure only, with its spa area and the gym. The tower is perfectly equipped for sunset cocktails, art classes, wood carving, or cigar rolling.
