43-year-old Emmy-award actress and 42-year-old actor, director and screenwriter share an 8,500 square-foot luxury house in the celebrated affluent Los Angeles residential district, house designed by the famous architect A.Quincy Jones and built in 1965. In 2008 the house had been put on the market for ‘just’ $29m (!) but the couple managed to get it for reportedly around $21m in 2012.
The couple’s Bel-Air luxury home is no more than 6 miles from Jennifer Aston’s former luxurious Beverly Hills estate, Ohana, which she had bought in 2006 when she was with Brad Pitt and sold for about $37m earlier in 2012.
The interior of the four-bedroom, 6.5 bath luxury home retains the mid-20th-century feeling on account of its shiny wood floors, walls of glass and impressive fireplace details. The mansion boasts a guesthouse, a swimming pool, a wine cellar and also a vineyard, extensive lawns and patios and a long covered upstairs balcony. A special sight is the bright red front door to the gated house. The property sits on over 3-acre promontory from which she and her beau can enjoy magnificent city and ocean views.
