Jim Parsons drops $6.3M on Twilight lovers’ – Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart – love nest

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart just managed to offload their secluded restored Los Feliz mansion, L.A.   – fully furnished – and the happy buyer is none other thanThe Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons who, together with his partner and art director Todd Spiewak, who just shelled out $6.375 million. The estate used to belong in turns to celebrities like British actor Tim Curry (The Rocky Horror Picture Show), E.R. actor Noah Wylie, Academy Award-winning cinematographer Robert Richardson (JFK, Inglorious Bastards, Kill Bill) and basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Built in 1992 by architect Stiles Clements, the walled and gated Spanish colonial hacienda sits on amazingly landscaped 1.5 acres and got in the possession of the Twilight star in September 2011 with a similar price tag. After the summer of 2013 cheating scandal, Pattinson put the digs on the market. The 4,026 square foot residence  is a stunner, featuring three bedrooms, three and a half baths and an etensive theater and abounds in architectural details. Highlights of the museum-like abode include antique tiles, hand carved wood and hand stenciled ceilings, rendering the abode a vintage feel. The outdoor space boasts various patios, water features, a lagoon pool set at the top of the estate, a pond and breathtaking city views.
