Songstress Kate Perry has at last found a buyer for Hollywood manse. She got the 3-acre estate lying close to the famous Cateau Marmont following her divorce from actor Russel Brand after 14 years of marriage. The couple had bought the hree-story love nest in 2011 for $ 6.5 million and, despite attempts to ditch it for $ 8 million, with multiple price chops, she could only get $ 5,988,000 for it.

Listing records feature 8,855 square feet of living space including 7 bedrooms and 7 full and 4 half baths, a large family room, a panelled dining room, a library, a gallery and a media room. There is also a chef’s kitchen with state of the art appliances and complete with a breakfast area, snack counter and medium-height island. Listiong details also mention dark-stained hardfloors, wood beamed ceilings and big-sized Palladian windows. Built in 1921, the Mediterranean residence, dubbed Park Hill, has a two-story grand foyer leading to a two-story living room boasting incredible views of Los Angeles and the city’s syline.
