Sitting on a sprawling 10-acre lot of prime land in a gated enclave, the 10,000-square-foot residence is still being renovated and changed into an Italian-style villa and it features a gym, a movie theater, an indoor pool, spa, a bowling alley, a basketball court and an outdoor pool looking over a canyon, so it is bound to be sold for a profit, since the renovation of the building cost around $1 million. The views of the surrounding hills offered by the luxury estate are breathtaking.
On Kim’s birthday the rapper popped the question at AT&T Park in San Francisco, in the traditional romantic fashion.
