When her human dad first found her, the tiny Baby was desperately meowing for her mom. Unfortunately, the cat was nowhere to be found. Most likely she left her there, in the backyard, when moving the litter. So the kind human took the little soul inside the house.
“Found this little one in my backyard in a hole under the fence,” wrote the good samaritan in post. “She was the runt and the mom abandoned her after moving the litter.”
The poor little creature was just a few days old and her caretaker feared for her life. The tiny kitten didn’t even had her eyes open. Even so, the man was decided to care for her. After consulting some friends, he found out the kitten should eat every 2-3 hours, so he started to care for his fur ball round-the-clock.
“She didn’t open her eyes for 10 days,” he said. “I woke up/came home every 2.5 hours to bottle feed and warm her bed.” There was some difficult times for both of them, but according to the rescuer it worth every single moment.
The day Baby, how the rescue kitten was named, opened her little eyes, the heart of her savior was completely melted. That look reads nothing but endless love.
And a year after the rescue, the duo is inseparable. And their daily routine includes cuddles and snuggles. The way this cat shows her gratitude to the human who saved her life is so heartwarming. “She always pays special attention to me when I get back from a work trip,” the man wrote.
And the is definitely mutual. I’m so sure of it!
