The “timeless” building was designed by J.E.Lautner, famous architect whose work in California is a mixture of space-age features with progressive engineering. Set on 6,5 acres and measuring almost 9,000 square foot, it took over seven years to built (it was completed in 2005) and 700-plus tons of hand cut Idaho quartz stone. The luxury Elrod House features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, a 60’-wide circular living surmounted by a conical dome, retractable glass curtain walls opening to panoramic mountain and valley views. Throughout the house is incorporated the very rock of the ridge. The master suite and the main house guest suite are unique.
