Man takes neighbor’s dog for walk, then chokes her and slams her on the ground

After being found abusing his neighbour’s husky, a man from Hialeah, Florida was arrested. According to investigators, 31-year-old Victor Suero was providing obedience training as he walked Han, along with his neighbor’s 1-year-old dog, Winter, both Siberian Huskies, in the area of 36th Avenue and West 100th Street, WSV News reports.

The man, Victor Suero, was walking Winter, the dog, along with his own dog, Han when he abused Winter. As reported by Detective Jose Torres, he grabbed her by the collar all of a sudden and swung her around, choking her to breathlessness.

However, that was not it. He grabbed her by the collar again and choked her and even slammed her to the ground this time. Poor Winter was left whining in pain on the ground.

Thankfully, all of Suero’s monstrosity was caught on video, and that helped the cops find the suspect. Suero was since arrested and charged with two counts of Animal Cruelty.

“The dog looks fearful. It’s lying down,” said Regina Vlasek, president of Saving Sage Animal Rescue, as she watched the video. “I’m not really sure what he’s doing.”

“He doesn’t get the dog to do what he wants automatically, and this is the punishment to the poor animal,” Vlasek added.

Winter, on the other hand, is thankfully doing well and has been reunited with her owner. Talking about Suero’s dog, he is also okay and recently under the supervision of Miami- Dale Animal Services.
