Situated atop one of the tallest buildings in Monaco, this very spectacular 35,000 square foot penthouse will probably be the world’s most expensive. Tour Odéon is 557 feet high and offers a number of luxurious apartments, ranging from one to six bedrooms, two 13,000 square foot duplexes, and the spectacular 5-storey 35,000 square foot ‘Sky Penthouse.’
Tour Odéon is a double-skyscraper currently being built in the Principality of Monaco. It is the first high-rise in the city-state to be built since the 1980s At 170 meters high, Tour Odéon will be the second tallest building on Europe’s Mediterranean coast, after Gran Hotel Bali (186m) in Benidorm, Spain.
Master architect Alexandre Giraldi from Marzocco Group is the author of this project. Upon completion the 5-storey penthouse will include a spectacular circular rooftop swimming pool with a water-slide, and floor to ceiling windows. The luxurious apartment is not yet on the market but specialist are estimating that it could sell for close to $360 – $390 million.
In this very bold building every resident will be able to access concierge services as well as day-to-day housekeeping, dry cleaning, valet and vehicle, all from the touch of a digital screen to be found in every unit. The building will also be equipped with a health center, multiple swimming pools and an in-house caterer.
The incredible five-floor penthouse with its giant infinity pool and its own slide will probably go on sale next year.
