Founder and manager of Azoff Music Management Group, Inc and personal manager of The Eagles, Christina Aguilera, Van Halen, Neil Diamond, New Kids on the Block, Gungs N’ Roses – to name but a few, Irving Azoff is currently having his luxurious Beverly Hills Tudor estate done up (where Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had their wedding reception back in 2009). Reason enough to go house hunting for a swank temporary residence, which they allegedly have found.
It is reported that former chairman and CEO of Live Nation and his wife Shelli are about to shell out some $16,000,000 for a single-story villa. Built in 1932, the 9,632 sq ft villa sits on 1.50 natty acres and features five bedrooms (one of which is a master suite), a staff suite and seven bathrooms. In an attached building there is a living room, an office, three guest rooms with en suite baths. The estate boasts a swimming pool with a pool house, a gym with its own bathroom and a guest house which has a kitchen and a living room.
Besides their Beverly Hills posh house, the Azoffs own two houses in La Quinta, CA , a chalet in Snowmass, CO, a large stretch of land in the mountains above Malibu – and who knows how much/ many more he is left with, after recently selling a Carbon Beach ocean front house for $10M.
The villa they are going to purchase is right next to Playboy Mansion and is listed at $18.5 million. Let’s wish the Azoffs good luck with their haggling!
