NBA All-Star Chris Bosh leases out Pacific Palisades digs

At the end of 2012 eight-time NBA All-Star, professional basketball player Chris Bosh of Miami Heat and his wife, Adrienne, bought a $9.4 million luxury mock-Med mansion in Pacific Palisades, CA. Recently he has leased the resort-like estate for $45,000 a month.

Built in 2001, the 10,755 square foot two-story mansion includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. An over-sized rotunda hall with a wrap-around staircase leads to the living room (with a fireplace) separated from the pool room by a built-in wet bar, the dining room, a good-sized library, a movie theater with cutting edge projection system and furniture and a center island kitchen with high-end appliances.

On the second floor there is the master suite complete with a spacious bedroom with fireplace and settees, dual bathrooms, over-sized walk-in dressing rooms, a perfectly equipped gym and spa. The master suite opens toward a semicircular terrace with mountain and canyon view.

In the backyard there are different verandas and tented pavilions and a swimming pool which features a swim-up bar, an enormous round-shaped spa and a firepit with banquettes all around in the middle of it. Besides, there is a generous outdoor eating area complete with a kitchen and pizza oven.

The Boshes live in a plush contemporary $12,333,000 million bay front mansion in Miami Beach. How can they afford such a life of luxury? Well, the sportsman is allegedly going to make $20-plus million in 2015-2016 season.
