45-year-old Canadian actress, model and animal-rights activist Pamela Anderson, who has been going through financial troubles (unpaid taxes) for over a decade now, is selling her 2,752 square foot luxury residence in Malibu for $7.75 million. The quaint beachfront home, which was upgraded by architect Philip Vertoch in 1959, was purchased by the Baywatch star in 2000 and redecorated into an eco-friendly abode by Anderson herself and several green architects and designers. According to the listings, it’s “one of the finest homes that Malibu has to offer.”
The high-end five-bedroom three-bathroom property is within walking distance from any place in Malibu. It features a chef kitchen, a home theatre, a sauna, a saltwater pool with built-in underwater seats nearby the wet bar, a large sundeck and a giant teepee by the pool. The beach pad boasts impressive ocean views, olive, fig and avocado trees and lavender plots. Everything around the Pamela Andreson`s house is controlled by iPads.
The teak-sided home has teak flooring and “poured concrete sinks and table tops”, the listing says, “connecting the rooms together in a continuous flow.”
