An amateur photographer manage to capture a truly remarkable photo last week. Steve Biro was visiting the Canadian Raptor Conservancy in Ontario with the hope of catching some shots of a bald eagle who lives in the area. And the result was far beyond his expectations.
He managed to capture Bruce, the resident eagle in a perfectly symmetrical reflection while flying over a water. Not to mention that Biro consider himself an amateur, despite he is passionate of photography for almost ten years.

“I definitely rank it as my top image and did not know when I shot it how it had turned out. It was only later when I went through my images and cropped in closer on him did I realize how perfect it looked with him squared off perfectly and staring daggers at me,” he said.
“He flew across the pond several times and was not happy with where I was, which turned out good for me as he was staring right at me quite a bit!”Biro told PetaPixel. “He also was flying close enough to my head for me to feel the breeze from his wings, but I was determined to keep shooting.”

“I have many wonderful images from the visit but loved the symmetry of this one in particular. And the way he is staring right through me and looking mean and powerful just blew me away,” Biro said.
According to Petapixel, Biro used ‘a Canon 5D Mark IV and a Canon 100mm L macro lens, and this particular shot was captured at f/7.1, 1/2000s, and ISO 2500’, to capture this spectacular photo.
