The compound also includes a 45,000 square foot guest quarters along the water as well.

The second listed luxury home sits on 8 acres of promontory in L.A.’s star-studded Bradbury area. The main house measures more than 32,000 square feet and includes two master suites, a two story library and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. Amenities include a ten-car garage, an infinity edge pool, pool house, 15 person jacuzzi, 3D theater, poker lounge, 2,000 bottle wine cellar, a trout pond with two story waterfall and a subterranean firing range. Among the countless features throughout are vaulted 40’ ceilings, fireplaces and domes with frescoes and Venetian plaster.
