A tiny wild boar went from being abandoned to a very spoiled life alongside her furry best friends! The adorable creature was around 2 pound when Dora Wei found her hidden in a box, just outside her doorstep.

No one knew how baby wild boar got there, but the little thing was in a desperate need of help. Because she was only a few hours old, to keep her warm was critical and Dora knew that. So the young woman rushed her inside her house and filled a few bottles with warm water to keep her body temperature high.
“She was only a few hours old. She had been separated from her mom and was looking very cold,” the woman explained for The Dodo.

Both Dora and her boyfriend had no idea how to take care of a baby wild boar, so they have been asked around, but everyone let them know it is nearly impossible for a newborn wild boar to survive without its mother. Nonetheless, the young couple was determined to take care of the tiny creature and save her life.

“We read online that she would need to be fed every hour, so my boyfriend and I took turns sleeping in the living room with her for almost the first four weeks, feeding her every hour when she woke up and started crying,” Dora said. “It was really like taking care of a baby for us.”

Though taking care of this tiny wild boar wasn’t an easy job, Yezhu – how they named her – was growing by the day. So Dora decided to introduce her to her four dogs. However, she was unsure of how they will react, or if the tiny boar will agree their presence. But surprisingly it was love at first sight, especially between Yezhu and Biu Biu, a very gentle Labrador.

“She would always want to be with them — especially Biu Biu,” Dora said. “She would always want to follow him and lie down next to him or sit on him. She’s really nice to all the dogs even though they do bark at her when she tries to steal their food. She really thinks she is one of them.”

Now, the rescue wild boar and her friends are inseparable, and as it turns out they will stay together for a long time from now on. Apparently, Yezhu has some eyesight problems and because of that, she cannot be released back in the wild. But at least she remains with her furry friends and her adoptive parents, who already build her a house of her own in the backyard. Well, that in case Yezhu will want to leave the comfortable house where her fella dogs live.
