Rocker John Fogerty’s Beverly Hills retreat sold

John Fogerty, multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter of Creedence Clear Water Revival rock band, has just sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $18.6 million, after dropping the price from $23 million which he asked for it nine months ago. Proud Mary rocker bought the Summitridge Drive estate for just shy of $3 million back in 2002 and made extensive renovations to it. Originally the estate spanned 13,476 square feet and featured 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms but ten years later he added another 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,500 square feet to it.
