English TV music and talent competition judge, TV producer and television personality, Simon Cowell has reportedly put up for sale his Beverly Hills homes.
One of the luxury homes, sitting on 2 acres of land, is sprawled on 12,000 square feet and encompasses 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Highlights of the pad, whose asking price is $18 million, include soaring ceilings, amazingly inlaid flooring, a magnificent swimming pool and spa, marvellous fountains, ample patio and lushly landscaped grounds.
The other home, whith a price tag of $20 million, sits on just a little over half an acre prime lot in the sought-after Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills which provides sweeping views of Los Angeles. The incredible home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and boasts a light-flooded “ walls of glass” formal dining room, a magnificent pool, a home theater, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and an outdoor barbecue. The abode, which was built in 1966, and for which Cowell paid $15.5 million back in 2011, went through extensive renovations.
Cowell’s primary residence is in Palm Drive, a mansion which he bought in 2004 for $8 million, and he also owns another house down the street, for which he paid $5.7 million two years later. First-time father, Simon Cowell, 54, will return to London in April for the new Britain’s Got Talent series.
