Stray cat kept visiting the police station, so the cops built her a cozy ‘condo’

When an adorable stray cat started to visit the Boston Police Department’s SWAT team headquarters, the officers thought it is something temporarily. However, even if they ingnored her first, they soon realized there was nothing to do, but accept the uninvited visitor.

“The men and women of the BPD SWAT Team have tried numerous tactics over the years to convince her to come in from the elements but she is set in her ways,”a spokesperson of the department said.

As you probably guessed, already, in the end they all felt in love with the lovely creatures. So after four years, the cat regularly visited them, the cops decided to adopt her. More than that, they decided to build a proper ‘condo’ for a kitten called SWAT.

“Officer Jamie Pietroski, a 15-year veteran of the Boston Police Department, stayed late after work for several nights painstakingly preparing Swat Cat’s new home,” writes the department. “The condo features a spacious studio interior layout, a large deck for outdoor dining and glass sliding doors offering panoramic city views. ”

Even though it’s pretty hard, if not impossible, to satisfy a spoiled cat, the cat was really impressed with her new home. “Swat Cat moved right in and looks very happy with her new custom kitty accommodations,” the department wrote in a post.

However, this isn’t the first time a cat who just barge in a police station without an invitation. Last year, a stray cat wandered into a police station to take some selfies with the officers. Check this out:
