In the purest display of affection, a caring dog was caught on camera interrupting a theatrical moment in Turkey, but only to do the sweetest thing. It happened during a street performance, where one of the actors pretended to be injured. Of course, everything was part of the scene, but a stray dog that witnessed the moment had no idea about that and when noticing the man lying on the floor, he immediately rushed to comfort him!
“The character I played was injured and in pain. He’d fallen off a horse, and was breathing hard,” the actor said. “I felt warmth on my face. First, I thought my costar was approaching me.”
The heartwarming moment surprised everyone, including the large audience and mostly the actor himself, who initially thought it was all part of the show. During the acting, Numan Ertuğrul Uzunsoy faked an injury and as a result he was lowered down by two of his colleagues. Everything went according to the plan, when all of a sudden, he just felt a dog curling around his neck and licking his face. Surprisingly, the lovely pup ‘played his part’ so naturally that made everyone to believe he’s part of the show, too.
“I was very happy when I felt the dog’s kisses,” Numan said. “I was very touched. He was like an angel who wanted to help me. It was a very emotional moment for me. I was not expecting it. My cast mates loved the dog, and the audience was very happy. Everyone cheered!”

The affectionate dog was eventually escorted off the stage, where he got fed by the staff. However, by the time Numan came to meet him, he just lost his way. But the actor is determined to reward the dog’s kindness, tough. “The next day I went to the same place, looking for him. People told me he usually hangs out there. I went again today,” he said. “I’ll look for him until I find him. I’ve always loved animals.”
