Proud Mary rocker bought the Summitridge Drive estate for just shy of $3 million back in 2002 and made extensive renovations to it. Originally the estate spanned 13,476 square feet and featured 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms but ten years later he added another 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2,500 square feet to it.
