At the end of 2012 internationally famous actor, filmmaker and entrepreneur, Gerard Depardieu listed his 95 Rue du Cherche-Midi Parisian historical estate allegedly for a whopping €50 million, following the sky-high tax rate that was to come into force in France in 2013.
