Trent Reznor, icon of dark industrial music and Nine Inch Nails frontman, has recently listed his luxurious spread located in the highly coveted Beverly Crest for four and a half million dollars. He may have been thinking of moving into something even more suitable for an Oscar-winning composer (for The Social Network soundtrack), although this one is already fit for royalty – could it be in Silicon Valley? Reznor has not only signed a new project to relaunch  Apple’s Beats Music digital platform from scratch, but he is also going to play a major part with the company.

The plush 12-room duplex condominium, purchased by Browne in 2000, sprawls over 6,286 square feet across the whole 30th and 31st floors of a 43-story building.
