Evan Williams, who co-founded the popular social networking and micro-blogging, Twitter, paid for the property at 313 Duncan Noe Valley $2.4 million in 2009 and renovated it altogether. He quit Twitter two years ago and, together with Biz Stone and Jason Goldman, launched Medium, a new publishing platform.
