This extraordinarily lavish mansion which was used in the Australian version of The Bachelor tv show has just been listed with a price tag of $12,000,000. The producers of the very popular show paid close to $250,000 to use the mansion over the summer.

The stunning house is situated on over an acre of private and secluded grounds about 30 minutes North of Sydney Harbour. Connoisseurs have described it as a World-Class property with breathtaking ocean views.

The property is lavishly appointed in every detail. It is made up of a mosaic tiled pool and spa, a sauna, a gymnasium, a dine-in wine cellar, a championship tennis court, and a 6-car garage. The current owner, transport entrepreneur Greg Poche, bought it back in 2003 and paid $10 million for the house before extensively renovating it.

If you walk along Minkara Road in the suburb of Bayview, New South Wales, and if you are a Bachelor fan, you may immediately recognise the multi-million dollar mansion you pass as it is home to Channel 10’s The Bachelor 2013, the first Australian version of the popular international reality series.
